The best way to choose the correct size violin is to measure from your neck to the middle of your palm with your arm extended straight out to your side and horizontal from your body. Use the chart below to determine the best size. If the measurement is between sizes choose the smaller size. Only when you cannot take a measurement refer to the age recommendation.
